Just off the main house is a two level casita with a full studio apartment on each level. They both feature a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. They are just steps away for the pool and outdoor kitchen.

Outside you will find an expansive motor court with large porte-cochère to protect you and your guests from rainy weather when arriving to the home. There are automatic gates on both ends so you can drive through.  There is also a large utility room with washer and dryer and solar system for the house.
