The Casa Zací project was born from the inspiration and pride of the owner for his homeland, Valladolid. “Zací” Means “White Hawk”.

The cozy style of the house is perfect for those who like privacy, comfort and good taste in the design of the spaces, which are born from a great inspiration for the natural and local city of Yucatan

The spaces are designed to be comfortable and functional. The kitchen is equipped with necessary tools for those who like to cook. The garden, terrace and pool area are perfect to spend excellent moments.
Guest access
The neighborhood is very safe and lends itself to walking through its streets; It is not a tourist area so you can observe and enjoy local life in a more authentic way. There is an oxxo store only 500m, supermarket 5 minutes and a shopping center 10 minutes by car.
There is also easy access to public transportation. Uber, indriver and Didi are always available.
